Here's How Your 1st Try Guarantee Works:

1. Eligibility:

• This guarantee applies exclusively to your first-ever order placed on urnabperfumery.com.
• It covers one (1) unit of either a 50ml or 100ml perfume bottle from that first order.
• You must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Trying Your Perfume:

• Feel free to try your new perfume! You can use up to 10 sprays (approximately 2ml) to experience the fragrance.
• If it's not the perfect match for you after this initial trial, you can return it.

3. Return Conditions (to ensure fairness):

• Packaging: The original perfume bottle, its individual product box, and the outer shipping carton must be returned intact and undamaged. We cannot accept returns if the packaging is discarded or damaged.
• Usage Limit: The perfume must not be used more than the permitted 10 sprays / 2ml.
• If these conditions aren't met, we unfortunately won't be able to honor the refund/replacement, and the product will be sent back at your expense.

4. Your Choice on Return:

• Full Refund: Receive a full refund for the perfume to your original payment method.
• Fragrance Exchange: Opt to exchange it for a different 50ml or 100ml perfume bottle from our collection.

5. Shipping is On Us!

• For eligible returns under this "No Questions Asked Refund Guarantee," Urnab Perfumery will cover the return shipping costs.
  
  

Important Notes for Your 'No Questions Asked Refund Guarantee':

• One-Time Offer: This guarantee is specially designed for your first experience with any of the 50ml or 100ml Urnab Perfumes and is limited to one perfume bottle per new customer.
  
• Subsequent Orders: Orders placed after your first one are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee. However, exchanges for products of similar value may be available (please refer to the standard return & exchange policy).
• Policy Abuse: To ensure this generous offer remains available to all our new customers, Urnab Perfumery reserves the right to make a final decision on any return/replacement request and to refuse returns under this guarantee in clear cases of policy misuse. Customers found abusing this policy may forfeit eligibility for future refunds or replacements.
  
• Website Orders Only: This guarantee is valid only for orders placed directly through urnabperfumery.com or our app. Purchases from third-party websites are not covered.
  
• India Only: This "No Questions Asked Refund Guarantee" is applicable only for orders shipped within India. International orders are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  
• Damaged/Tampered Products on Arrival: If you receive a product that is tampered with or damaged in transit, an unboxing video is mandatory to process an exchange request. Please inform us at info@urnabperfumery.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images and the unboxing video.
  
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned perfume at our warehouse and it passes our quality check (confirming usage and packaging conditions), your refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours.
