Refund policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and the primary box/original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Website Orders Only: This return policy applies only to orders placed directly through urnabperfumery.com. Purchases from third-party websites are not covered.

India Only: The return policy applies only to orders shipped within India. International orders are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Damaged/Tampered Products on Arrival: If you receive a product that is tampered with or damaged in transit, an unboxing video is mandatory to process an exchange request. Please inform us at info@urnabperfumery.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images and the unboxing video.
 
Policy Abuse: To ensure this generous offer remains available to all our new customers, Urnab Perfumery reserves the right to make a final decision on any return/replacement request and to refuse returns under this guarantee in clear cases of policy misuse. Customers found abusing this policy may forfeit eligibility for future refunds or replacements.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a return pickup if the return pickup facility is available at your address. In such a case that the return facility is unavailable through any of the top courier services in India, you will have to ship the product yourself.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as skin care or personal grooming products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchange may be available on select products. Please contact us to ensure the fragrance you want in exchange is available.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
